The staff is responsive and well-trained as well as hotel's owner. The rooms are top-notch and new-fashioned with a modern bathroom, and the location is beautiful on a hilltop. Glad to have satellite TV, central heating, and an individual safe.

The mountain view from the room was breathtaking, as if nature had painted a masterpiece right outside the window. the tranquil setting surrounded by towering trees reminded me of a scene from a fairytale, making me feel like a character in a magical story, lost in the beauty of Almora.
